Prodigit Electronics Co., Ltd. and Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. have resolved through their respective Board of Directors to merge, with the effective merger date set for December 31, 2024. Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. will be the surviving company, while Prodigit  Electronics Co., Ltd. will be the dissolved. Upon dissolution, all rights and obligations of Prodigit Electronics Co., Ltd. will be assumed by Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd.
